Returns
- All return requests must be made within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
- Items can only be returned if they are:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase
Important Notice
- Any issues (damage, defect, or wrong item) must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of the item.
- Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Pre-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Tabby, Tamara, or Credit Card).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
