Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
  • Items can only be returned if they are:
    • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
    • With original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

Important Notice

  • Any issues (damage, defect, or wrong item) must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of the item.
  • Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Pre-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Tabby, Tamara, or Credit Card).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
